- YOU MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEMS(S), FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS NOTED BELOW.
- ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL/SALE-ABLE CONDITION.
- THE ITEM(S) MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE FROM ANY ODORS.
- ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
- IF YOU ARE RETURNING SHOES, YOU MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL SHOE BOX.

WE UTILIZE A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE TO APPROVE AND PROCESS ALL ONLINE RETURNS. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE AND IF YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS ACCEPTED, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO PRINT A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
PLEASE PACK ALL ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING AND INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, NOTING THE ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING. YOU CAN DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT ANY SHIPMENT CENTER. WE RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN A RECEIPT OF YOUR DROP OFF AND/OR NOTE THE TRACKING NUMBER.

REFUNDS

WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT NOTES, AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
